CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Transportation has updated its list of road closures this week because of ongoing construction projects and it’s a short list.
Closures and detours expected this week are below:
Center Street Bridge: The Center Street Bridge will be closed today and Tuesday between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. The bridge project is expected to be completed this month.
Interstate 271: ODOT says it has discovered a rapidly deteriorating culvert pipe and slumping earthen roadside embankment along Interstate 271 near Boston Mills Road. Repairs will be made this month, but Boston Mills Road under I-271 will be closed for up to 30 days.
Other detours related to the project are not expected until the spring.
Ohio 534: Beginning Wednesday, Ohio 534 between Peck Leach Road and Larson West Road in Farmington Township will be closed through late November for underground utility work. The detour is Ohio 88 to Ohio 45 to Ohio 87.
